Finally, someone reviewed Elevation Burger, the organic burger joint that opened in February. John Curtas says, “There is a strange, sweet finish to the Elevation Burger burger that haunts ELV to this day — over a week after he tasted it.” He describes it at herbal, almost sugary, perhaps a product of the grass-fed beef.
