Passover Buffet at Rampart; Ceres Easter Brunch

JW MARRIOTT — The Rampart Buffet is offering a Passover menu April 6-7 4 to 9 p.m. Highlights include chopped chicken liver, whitefish salad, assorted matzo, matzo ball soup, braised beef short ribs, potato knishes, lox, kasha varnishkas and a carving board with slow-roasted beef brisket, roast turkey, prime rib, herb-crusted leg of lamb and baked salmon with lemon butter. Ceres also has a buffet brunch on April 8 with three seatings at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for $52 for adults and $24 for children. Menu highlights include seasonal fruits, fresh seafood, meat carving stations and an array of desserts. Additional brunch activities include a family Easter egg hunt for each seating (10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.), photo opportunities with the Easter bunny, face painting and balloon creations.
