Project Dinner Table has become one of the hottest popup dinners to hit Vegas. In the past two years, the long, white table that seats 150 has brought Strip restaurant chefs to locales across the valley, raising money for charities and promoting the farm-to-table movement along the way.
Eater Vegas has the exclusive lineup for the 2012 season. Only six dinners are scheduled this year, and already the first is sold out. All dinners are $140 per person and that includes all courses and cocktail pairings. Tickets are available at www.projectdinnertable.com.
