WYNN LAS VEGAS — La Cave starts offering brunch on Sundays, a first for the wine bar, beginning May 6. The prix fixe menu includes a communal table in The Cellar room set with a buffet of seasonal fruits, yogurts, breads and pastries. At the bar, mojitos or caipirinhas for $20 unlimited. Chef Billy DeMarco came up with a breakfast menu that includes ham and egg flatbread, eggs Benny sandwiches, French toast pops, pancakes with berry compote, New York-style egg sandwiches and much more. La Cave also debuts a vintage carving cart that was the centerpiece of partner Michael Morton’s father’s restaurant Arnie’s in Chicago that features beef Wellington, herbed leg of lamb and New York sirloin.
