The effects of getting up close and personal with chefs at Vegas Uncork’d are already catching up with Sin City, and the event just started this morning. Now the Four Seasons is offering a new dining experience with chef Charlie Palmer where a group of four or more can cook with the celeb chef and then dine on the meal created.
Cooking with Charlie lets guests prep a meal alongside Palmer at Charlie Palmer Steak and pick up some of his cooking tips along the way. Afterward, guests dine on a five-course tasting menu with wine pairing in a private dining room.
But that’s not all. Four Seasons executive pastry chef Jean-Luc Daul then puts on a private dessert demonstration. Each guest also receives signed cookbooks by Charlie Palmer.
Here’s the kicker. The experience goes for $2,000 per person, but 25 percent of the proceeds goes to Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s largest food bank.
