A Look Inside Mizumi Plus the Whole Menu

A teppanyaki room, a robatayaki bar, a sushi bar and lush gardens fill the new Mizumi that opened last Friday at Wynn Las Vegas. Decadent reds and gilded golds make this Japanese restaurant feel like an escape to the East. Chef Devin Hashimoto’s renovated room (the former Okada closed in February for the makeover) has a distinctively feminine feel to go along with the new name, a common woman’s name in Japanese.
