Another New York eatery is making its way to Las Vegas. Carmine’s plans to take over the former Planet Hollywood Restaurant space at the Forum Shops at Caesars.
Carmine’s plans to open a 25,000 square-foot, two-level restaurant. Planet Hollywood moved to the front of the Forum Shops at Caesars, taking over the former BOA Steakhouse space in April.
This marks the first West Coast location of the New York City restaurant’s family-style Italian eatery. Carmine’s already has locations in Atlantic City, N.J., Nassau Bahamas, and Washington, D.C.
The restaurant serves up dishes typically found at an Italian-American wedding. Dishes come in extra large portions of home-style antipasto, pastas, seafood and meat entrees served on extra large platters designed for sharing.
