Gordon Ramsay was spotted all over town while he was opening his new Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. On Thursday night, he hit up Tao’s Worship Thursdays at the Venetian, where he ordered cocktails and hung out at a table on the dance floor. On Friday night, he hit up Surrender Nightclub at Encore Las Vegas. He hung out with a group of 14 in the bungalows while Funkagenda performed his debut deejay set. On Saturday night, he checked out Snow Patrol, who played at the Boulevard Pool at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. [EaterWire]

Actor Nicolas Cage and his wife Alice dined at Rao’s at Caesars Palace on Sunday afternoon. The couple ordered a Caesars salad, margherita pizza, spaghetti and the meatballs. [EaterWire]

On Sunday, 10-time Grammy Award-winner Carlos Santana dined at Fix Restaurant & Bar. Joined by a few friends, the Mexican-American rock guitarist arrived around 10:30 p.m. and ordered Fix’s mac and cheese, the porterhouse special and other shared items. The group hung out at the restaurant until around midnight. The actor and his friends ordered Saggio specialty cocktails, along with calamari, sea bass and more before heading up to the nightclub. Drake was spotted having dinner with friends and family in the private dining room at Lavo on Saturday night. The singer made sure everyone at the table sampled the signature Oreo Zeppole for dessert, one of his favorite dishes.
