MGM GRAND — Nobhill Tavern is celebrating National Burger Month with a different hamburger inspired by early American train lines and the regions through which they traveled every week of the month. For example, the Silver Service, served through May 5, represents a train line that traveled from New York City to Miami, so the burger pays homage to deep fried dishes of the South with cheddar cheese, crispy onion rings and Chow Chow, a Southern staple made of a variety of pickled vegetables.
