A call to Paris Las Vegas’ restaurant reservation line confirms Gordon Ramsay Steak soft opens May 7 with openings at 9 p.m., 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. The restaurant opens daily at 5:30 p.m.
Gordon Ramsay plans to be in the house on opening night May 11, and tipsters have been spotting him around Vegas, most recently at Scarpetta at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
In the meantime, here’s a look at three of the dishes from the new restaurant — the Yellowfin tuna, the Royal Longbone Ribeye Chop and the beef Wellington.
Ramsay plans to offer his interpretation of traditional American steakhouse dishes, some with a Parisian twist, a nod to the resort. Starters include dishes from sea or from land. Butter-poached Maine lobster, fried oysters and smoked beef tartare with Guinness-infused mustard seeds are just some of the choices.
On the entree side of the menu, look for Wagyu beef, dry-aged steaks, veal, Kurobuta double pork chop and seafood. The restaurant has its own aging program in house.
Also making the lineup: dishes that made his London restaurants famous such as fish and chips from The Narrow and pork belly with candied kumquat and braised Swiss chard from Bread Street Kitchen.
