Alex Stratta fans, mark your calendars for May 8 when the former chef of Alex and Stratta at Wynn Las Vegas and Biglio in New York City throws together a pop-up dinner at Marché Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop.
Stratta is now a consulting chef there and plans to pair the four-course dinner with wines from Staglin Family Vineyards. Winery owner and winemaker Shannon Staglin will be there with Stratta for the event.
The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. May 8 for $109 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations for this limited-seating event are available at 702-804-8008.
