DOWNTOWN — The second installation of Project Dinner Table set a record with 200 guests taking a seat at the long, white table last Saturday night. Chef Philipp Norsetter of T-Bones Chophouse at the Red Rock Resort cooked up the five-course meal at the Jackie Gaughan Plaza at the El Cortez.
