Project Dinner Sets a Record; Live Painting with Sailor Jerry

DOWNTOWN — The second installation of Project Dinner Table set a record with 200 guests taking a seat at the long, white table last Saturday night. Chef Philipp Norsetter of T-Bones Chophouse at the Red Rock Resort cooked up the five-course meal at the Jackie Gaughan Plaza at the El Cortez. The event raised $4,000 for Child Focus and Through the Eyes of a Child Foundation. [EaterWire]

FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS — Sailor Jerry Rum comes to Casa Fuente on Thursday with local artist Jerry Misko doing a live painting. The finished artwork will be raffled off for charity that evening. A portion of proceeds from every Sailor Jerry Rum cocktail purchased will go to benefit the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation.
