Another hipster bar is making its way Downtown, this time practically around the corner from the Arts Factory. The Velveteen Rabbit takes over a vacant space ravaged by fire at 1218 S. Main St. Look for the lounge named for a children’s book to leap onto the scene this fall. [VC]
