Oh, the anticipation. For the first time since the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas opened in December 2010, a new celebrity chef is opening a restaurant in Las Vegas. Eater Vegas got a look at the exterior of Gordon Ramsay Steak, soft opening Monday night with Gordo himself in the house for the May 11 grand opening.
The barrier wall is down from around the exterior, giving limited views inside. Apparent, the Chunnel that leads from Paris Las Vegas into the very British interior.
Victor Moea, who appeared on Food Network Star, posted photos on Facebook of his dinner there Wednesday night that included dishes such as a roasted beet salad, 32-ounce Tomahawk ribeye and mini banana tarts with coffee crumbs and cafe a la creme.
