Michael Armstrong, Josh Crain Face Off in the BOH Brawl

The Back of the House Brawl returns to Tommy Rocker’s Saturday, May 12, when chef Michael Armstrong from Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian faces off against chef Josh Crain from Nobhill Tavern at the MGM Grand.

The Iron Chef-type brawl pits the two chefs against each other cooking on food trucks. Armstrong will be cooking on the Fukuburger truck while Crain chose to cook on Lola D’s Kitchen. Redneck Kitchen and SnOwOnO will also be on hand starting at 8 p.m.

This week, the chefs are tasked with preparing street food served on a stick. The competition starts at 1 a.m. The winner walks away with the coveted PBR pony keg trophy.

Both chefs will sell their dishes to the crowd with proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank.
