Lobster Day Special; Land/Sea Menu at American Fish

ARIA — Michael Mina’s American Fish has a new four-course seasonal menu for June and July with ingredients from land and sea. Look for a diver scallops hot dog, beef short ribs “animal style” with chipotle French fries smothered in Manchego cheese and the New England clam bake, an array of assorted seasonal shellfish served with fresh corn and tomatoes. For dessert, the ice cream sandwich pairs chocolate pecan cookies with a root beer float while the fried “Twinkies” are a mixture of marinated market fresh berries topped with Grand Marnier ice cream.
