Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen is holding a casting call at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas this Monday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

UPDATE: Here's a bit more about what Gordo wants: Must be 21 years or older, have some line experience and a passion for becoming a chef. Peeps who are currently working in restaurants or in culinary school or have had some experience at some point get extra points. And, of course, a big personality to match Ramsay is necessary.
