MANDALAY BAY — StripSteak gets liquored up with a Scotch dinner on Thursday, June 28, at 8 p.m. The event will feature a five-course menu with a different Scotch from The Macallan portfolio. Executive chef Doug Bell is cooking up Maine lobster bisque, duck prosciutto and arugula salad as well as certified all-natural filet with bacon wrapped fingerling potatoes, morels and baby fennel.
