Vegetarian, Gluten-Free Options at Marche Bacchus

NORTHWEST — Marche Bacchus introduced a slew of new gluten-free and vegetarian options. Look for a Lyonnaisse salad with a poached egg, artichoke ravioli with beech mushrooms, truffle risotto and vegetable ragout on the vegetarian menu and a torchon of foie gras, beef tartar, Alaskan Skuna Bay salmon and more on the gluten-free menu.
