All is right with shouty chef Gordon Ramsay’s world again. Before opening last night, painters worked diligently to correct the two incorrectly painted stripes on the Union Jack at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. By early morning yesterday, the first stripe on the lower right was corrected, and by afternoon, the second lower left was right as rain. Bravo for the quick fix.

EDG Architecture and Design out of San Rafael, Calif., built out the interior of the space at Paris Las Vegas.

The design firm will also be responsible for the interior of the new gastropub Ramsay is opening in the Bradley Ogden space at Caesars Palace.
