British delights, indeed. You only have about a week left to try the limited edition tasting menu for spring at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas.
The menu includes an amuse bouche, the colcannon, the chef’s version of an Irish dish of mashed potatoes and cabbage. “We refined it a little bit and made it with a red wine,” says chef de cuisine Kevin Hee.
Next up, roasted beets with a house made ricotta, followed by asparagus soup topped with a smoked salmon caviar and Dungeness crab. The pièce de résistance, Ramsay’s version of the beef Wellington, the same the shouty chef has made on Hell’s Kitchen. To finish, a tropical panna cotta.
But this isn’t just ANY tasting menu. It comes in a swanky folder, numbered, with an autographed photo of Gordo himself included. “After we run out, we won’t get more autographs from Gordon,” Hee says. "The autograph is like the icing on the cake. You’re actually just paying for the food."
Gordon Ramsay Steak plans to only offer up 1,000 of the limited edition tasting menus. General manager JP Teresi says only about 200 of the tasting menus remain.
The menu goes for $135, with an optional $65 wine pairing.
