A new showroom is just what an American Idol star needs when he brings his eight-week residency to Bally’s Las Vegas starting June 26. Here, the Indigo Lounge will become Taylor Hicks’ home and a space for the resort to offer up ticketed shows.

When complete, the room will seat 175 to 246, depending on how many cocktail tables are in play. A retractable soundproofing curtain, new lights and a stage extension complete the look.
