The restaurant will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Earl of Sandwich also offers a full line of tossed salads, made-to-order wraps, soups, desserts, Kona coffee and a selection of beer and wine. The location will offer a breakfast menu serving eight made-to-order hot breakfast sandwiches from 7 to 11 a.m. Monday to Friday and 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The Palms location is one of four new spots nationwide for the sandwich shop and the second in Vegas.
Other coming changes at the Palms include more dishes at Bistro Buffet gets more foods and Chronic Taco, also opening at The Eatery.
