Super B Super Burrito was shut down June 19 by the Southern Nevada Health District after a re-inspection found repeat violations. An inspection June 11 found 31 violations and a C grade. Inspectors returned to find that food weren’t displayed at the proper temperature, food unprotected from contamination, unwashed and unsanitized food contact surfaces and more at the restaurant at 4935 Palo Verde Road.
