Joël Robuchon’s New York outpost of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon shutters at the Four Seasons on June 30, and now the Insatiable Critic reports that unions may have been the dividing issue. “An anonymous Robuchon staffer tells [Gael] Greene, ‘with the union your hands are tied up.’” Robuchon says he still has eyes for a restaurant in the Big Apple, but no word on where.
