Meet the HK Antioxidant, Inspired by Hell’s Kitchen

This season on Hell’s Kitchen, shouty chef Gordon Ramsay plans to throw his HK Antioxidant cocktail at 18 contestants instead of calling them “f***ing donkeys.”

Tonight the show returns to Fox with a two-night season premiere, and the winner lands a job working under chef de cuisine Kevin Hee at Gordo’s new Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas so HK Antioxidant lobs can be felt daily. The open-air kitchen there has prime seating in the serpentine booths that buffer it, so get an up-close view of the shenanigans.

But in all seriousness, the cocktail was inspired by Hell’s Kitchen. Muddled blueberries and acai liqueur come together in the drink served on the rocks. Those bartenders at Gordon Ramsay Steak plan to be shaking them up as the show debuts tonight and tomorrow night from 8 to 9 p.m.
