The hottest real estate in Vegas seems to be in Chinatown where four to five restaurants want space, and there’s none to be had. The Las Vegas Business Press reports that, “The Asian population in Las Vegas has doubled since the early 1990s, according the U.S. Census Bureau. Las Vegas now has its own Chinese-language newspaper, the Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce and about 500 Asian-owned businesses.” Among the newbies, “Japan Raman” plans to open a new location in Chinatown within the month.
