WESTSIDE — Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is offering up steak and sangria pairings through Aug. 26. Every two weeks the restaurant will introduce a new steak and sangria pairing. Now through July 29, Fleming’s has the baby spinach salad with fresh pears, seasoned bacon, crumbled goat cheese, toasted Marcona almonds and a red onion vinaigrette; a Prime New York strip with garlic herb butter and Burrata cheese, Tuscan-style, blistered grape tomatoes and a balsamic glaze drizzle; a mixed berry shortcake with Grand Marnier-soaked strawberries and blueberries, pistachio-orange buttermilk shortcake and Sambuca cream; and Sangria Sol made with Viñedos Terranoble Sauvignon Blanc, Solerno Blood Orange, Stoli Peach Vodka and fresh peaches, honeydew melon, oranges and lemons. D LAS VEGAS — Lobster Palooza and BBQ Bone-O-Rama come to the Courtyard Grill with dishes starting at under $10. Lobster Palooza includes dishes made with lobster such as a Benedict, sliders, tacos, quesadillas and artichoke dip. Guests can also order a lobster tail with shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, ribeye and more. The BBQ Bone-O-Rama includes ribs, three third racks prepared three ways, a rib and shrimp or lobster, backed chicken or wings combination. Courtyard Grill is open from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
DOWNTOWN — Commonwealth plans to open at 525 E. Fremont St. in late August. The 6,000-square-foot cocktail bar will have a pre-Prohibition era design and libations and a backroom speakeasy. A rooftop bar will offer live music. [EaterWire]
