4 New Restaurants to Try in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is home to many new restaurants. Some of the smaller ones that open with less than a shebang go unnoticed. Here's a look at four of the new smaller restaurants and bars that opened in the two weeks all over the Las Vegas valley.

Where: 4140 S. Durango Drive
What: Spectator’s Bar & Grill made room for the Bobby Q Grille to move in, serving up Southern barbecue the combines the efforts of Ben’s BBQ and Sin City Wings food trucks. Dishes on the menu include red beans and rice, pulled pork, hot links, brisket, shrimp and grits and strawberry shortcake.

What: This new English pub features 42 draught beers.

Where: 9255 S. Eastern Ave.
What: This outpost of German Bread Bakery is an expansion of the original in Summerlin. Inside find hearty breads and rolls, strudels, crumb cakes, Danishes, bear claws and coffee cakes. A favorite? The pretzel croissant.

Where: 5900 W. Charleston Blvd.
What: This hookah bar stays open until 2 a.m. Owner Sarkis Arshakuni won a hookah master award in 2004. On the menu find lobster tacos and ranch chicken kabob.
