Nearly a year of rumors about Gordon Ramsay taking over the Bradley Ogden space at Caesars Palace have finally been confirmed. The shouty chef will open Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill in the space. Ogden’s eponymous restaurant closes Aug. 5.
Ramsay tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he spent two years looking for a space. The grill will feature classic dishes such as double pork chops, T-bone steaks and chateaubriand. Gastropub fare such as fish and chips, pork pies and bangers and mash make the menu, while up to 40 craft and microbrews will be behind the bar.
He says the decor will be shabby chic featuring English bulldogs and even a patio.
Construction begins in August and Ramsay told the RJ, "I reckon we'll be open by the first of December."
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill comes on the heels of his first Vegas restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, which opened in May.
