Bally’s Steakhouse, the home of the decadent Sterling Brunch, is back up to an A grade from the Southern Nevada Health District. Inspectors revisited the restaurant on July 27 and gave the restaurant nine demerits.
On July 25, the restaurant came within one point of being shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District after a routine inspection.
Inspectors found spoiled food, food from unapproved sources, food unprotected from contamination and more, landing the restaurant with 40 demerits and a C grade.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits.
