Back of the House Brawl Pits Olives v. Todd English P.U.B.

It’s a head-to-head battle between chefs from Todd English’s restaurants when the Back of the House Brawl returns to Tommy Rocker’s this Saturday night. Chef Jaime Mendoza of Olives at the Bellagio goes up against Jamie Pruitt of Todd English P.U.B. at Crystals in the Iron Chef-type fight from 1 to 2 a.m.

Each chef will sell their interpretation of street food during that time and then pick a food truck to serve as their kitchen for the brawl. Each receives a mystery basked filled with goodies and then creates a dish including all the ingredients. The night benefits Three Square Food Bank.

Beforehand, the Saturday Night Truck Stop starts the night starting at 8 p.m. Lola D’s Kitchen, Redneck Kitchen, Quality Food Service, Roaming Dough and Sheff’s Kitchen roll in with their moveable feasts for the night.
