Bam! Not to be outdone by Thomas Keller, now Emeril Lagasse is holding a dinner at his restaurant at the Venetian on Aug. 24.
Granted, the ragin’ Cajun chef won’t be in the house (he’ll be at Lagasse Stadium at the Palazzo on Aug. 15), but that’s not going to stop Delmonico Steakhouse from serving up a five-course dinner created by chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater.
The whole kit and caboodle is paired with wines from the Wine Spectator Grand Award list selected by master sommelier Kevin Vogt.
The $175 dinner is all part of Carnevale, that celebration of food and wine going on all month over at the Venetian and Palazzo.
