WESTSIDE — Carrabba's Italian Grill is holding a tribute to the late Jess Jackson of Kendall-Jackson Vineyards & Winery with a wine dinner at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 21. The menu includes a spring mix salad, steamed mussels in fresh lemon butter sauce, Pollo Rosa Maria (grilled chicken breast stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto), eggplant Parmesan and Dessert Rosa (moist butter cake topped with pineapple, strawberries, bananas, vanilla pudding and whipped topping with a chocolate-covered strawberry), all with wine pairings.
