Looks like Ice House Lounge in Downtown Vegas has a new owner. Jeffrey Fine, one of the partners behind the LEV Restaurant Group, purchased the building back in April for $1 million, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He’s keeping the kitchen and bar intact for occasional pop-up dinners, but plans to use the space for his real estate company Fine Properties. LEV Restaurant Group owns local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Jamba Juice franchises, I Love Burgers, Lobster ME and Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar. Fifth Street Gaming also partnered with Fine to develop the Downtown Grand. [LVRJ]
