Sean Griffin Hosts a Wine Dinner; American Coney Island

BELLAGIO — The 2012 Epicurean Epicenter Series continues at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 14 with a dinner with Shafer Vineyards and executive chef Sean Griffin of Prime Steakhouse. The four-course dinner will be hosted by Shafer Vineyards’ winemaker Doug Shafer and Bellagio director of wine and master sommelier Jason Smith.
