A few more details about The Act, that naughty new nightlife venue coming to the Shoppes at the Palazzo, came out today.
Now it appears the space on the third level of the Shoppes above the waterfall will take up 15,000 square feet with its over-the-top theatrical performances. Simon Hammerstein, who already has The Box in London and New York City, said in a press release that, "The Act is a new variety of nightlife where the audience parties onstage, the shows explode into the club and everyone gets caught in The Act."
The decor promises to take up multiple levels, piecing together "aesthetic elements ranging from an Italian opera house to European cathedrals, from New York City's Grand Central Station Post Office to a turn-of-the-century speakeasy," a press release says.
Once inside this exclusive club, guest can sit in private balcony boxes, banquettes on the dance floor or backstage in a seating area that allows guests to mingle with the talent.
