Not a good summer for Charlie Palmer. Eater Denver reports the chef plans to close both his Denver restaurants. "After less than a year on the Denver dining scene, chef/restaurateur Charlie Palmer has decided to close Charlie Palmer's District Tavern and Wazee Wood Fire Pizza," says Eater Denver. Earlier this summer, Palmer admitted that Ottavia Bourdain's bad steak in Vegas came from Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons and issued an apology for the debacle. Eater National reports, "The incident set off much speculation and approximately 123,434,543 tweets trying to guess where the Bourdains had eaten."
