Then comes a sautéed scallops dish with melted leeks paired with pinot noir. Next a seared foie gras with black garlic and onion quenelle paired with a cabernet sauvignon, followed by a grilled skirt steak with sautéed Enoki mushrooms and chimichurri polenta with a different cabernet sauvignon. The fifth course is a roasted lamb chops with shallot laminated dough and roasted carrots paired with merlot. For dessert, an ice cream sandwich. The six-course meal goes for $95 per person before tax and gratuity. Dinner starts at 5 p.m. Reservations can be made at 702-658-4900. [EaterWire]
