So Long, Little Buddha. Say Hello to Xishi

Because the ONE Group doesn't have enough on its plate, now comes word that the company behind STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the much-delayed Bagatelle Beach & Nightclub at the Tropicana Las Vegas and Heraea taking over the Garduño's space at the Palms is planning to open a Pan-Asian restaurant called Xishi in the Little Buddha space at the Palms.

Robin Leach reports that the staff at Little Buddha found out on Thursday night. The restaurant will shutter in two months to make way for the restaurant named for "The legend of four powerful beautiful Chinese women who dazzled an empire and toppled its kings."

The restaurant will serve up two dining experiences both casual and formal with traditional and contemporary light fare.

Leach says the ONE Group also plans to open Heliot in Vegas as well. In July, the ONE Group opened Heliot, inspired by lion tamer Claire Heliot, in London.
