Culinary Dropout Fires Up the Kitchen Starting Tonight

The much-anticipated Culinary Dropout starts dishing its pub fare at the Hard Rock Hotel starting tonight. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant features an outdoor patio overlooking the pool along with a rotisserie and raw bar

Look for an eclectic menu with dishes such as crispy fried chicken with by warm buttermilk biscuits drizzled with honey and other culinary delights at this gastropub.

The cocktail menu is replete with creative libations including the signature After School Special, a combination of raspberry tea-infused tequila and Modelo Especial.

Opening weekend, singer Kelley James takes the main stage.

Culinary Dropout plans to be open from 5 p.m. to midnight Mondays through Thursdays, 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays, 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Saturdays and 9 a.m. to midnight on Sundays. So, yes, brunch is on the agenda.
