Radio City Pizzeria's owners found themselves locked out from their Tivoli Village location last Monday in a rent dispute, and now they filed a lawsuit against the shopping center. "Court records show Boulevard Group LLC, owners of Radio City Pizzeria, has filed a lawsuit in Clark County District Court against Great Wash Park LLC, the shopping center's owners. Boulevard is seeking damages in excess of $10,000 and is trying to get back its property in the building," the Las Vegas Sun says. [LVS]
