Twist Features Menus from 3 Pierre Gagnaire Restaurants

MANDARIN ORIENTAL — Pierre Gagnaire returns to Twist through Sept. 6, and now the chef has released the special menu he plans to serve with his new chef de cuisine Ryuki Kawasaki. The menu showcases dishes from Pierre Gagnaire in Paris, Sketch by Pierre Gagnaire in London and Pierre Gagnaire in Tokyo. The three-course menu goes for $85 per person; a five-course menu pricing is $125 per person; and the seven-course menu is $175 per person. [EaterWire]

HARRAH'S LAS VEGAS — KGB: Kerry's Gourmet Burgers is featuring a burger from chef Timothy Davis, a 10-year employee of Caesars Atlantic City. His burger won a companywide challenge nationwide. Try the prize-winning Angus beef burger topped with bourbon-caramelized onion, mayo, candied bacon, sharp cheddar, mixed greens and tomato, all served on an onion roll. September also features a strawberry cheesecake milkshake made with homemade cheesecake ice cream swirled with strawberries and garnished with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Ordered separately, the burgers are $14 and the shakes are $6, while the burger and shake of the month combo is $18.
