Culinary Dropout revealed all that is glorious behind its doors at the Hard Rock Hotel last Friday. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant sits next to Nobu in the former Ago space. Two garage doors roll up to reveal the bar and dining room to the 3,000-square-foot patio with a view of pool.

Inside, an eclectic dining room with a raw bar and rotisserie. The staff dons their own clothing, making it a little difficult to suss out who works there. At the far side of the dining room, a stage for live music.
