Labor Day, that holiday that marks the unofficial end of summer and one last long weekend before cooler weather prevails. Vegas does it up right with 12 ways to eat and drink through this hard-working holiday weekend.

Where: 512 Fremont St.
What: The video lounge hosts an outdoor, all-ages BMX Blow-Out with an exhibition by BMX pro and MTV reality star Ricardo Laguna and friends in Downtown Las Vegas from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday. A charity raffle supporting the Jump For Joy Foundation with big prizes concludes at 9 p.m. when winners are drawn. Vegas' food trucks, like FukuBurger and the one night return of Sloppi Jo's, pull in to keep the crowd fed while DJ Kid Conrad spins.
4. Comme Ca
Where: Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
What: Head over to Comme Ca on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. for Le Barbecue Strip-side grilling event. Chefs work on a live grill on the outdoor patio to bring beer-can chicken, leg of lamb and skirt steak for guests. Side dishes include salmon rillette, charcuterie, steak tartare, specialty mashed potatoes, shrimp cocktail and more. Those looking to enjoy a cocktail can choose to imbibe with unlimited Prohibition Punch, too. The barbecue is $49 and unlimited cocktails go for $25.
5. Señor Frog's
Where: Treasure Island
What: The restaurant is offering buy-one-get-one specials on all well drinks and margaritas, half-priced appetizers and non-stop entertainment Friday through Monday.
6. Tacos and Tequila (T&T)
What: For the three-day weekend, T&T will offer their happy hour specials from 2 to 6 p.m. The specials will feature half-off starters including guacamole, queso fundido, nachos, quesadillas, chicken tamales and more. Diners can also nab $5 Dos Equis, Jose Cuervo shots, well drinks, sangria and house wine. The restaurant also will offer a bottle of Dos Equis Lager and a shot of Patron for $10.
7. PBR Rock Bar & Grill
Where: Miracle Mile Shops
What: All barbecue items are 15 percent off during the holiday weekend. Budweiser buckets go for $19 all weekend as well.
8. Ranch House Kitchen
Where: Town Square
What: Get the Family Platter with a full rack or ribs, a pound of brisket, a pound of pulled pork and three large sides for $39.95. Plus, guests who dine in at the restaurant get 20 percent off all barbecue menu selections throughout Labor Day Weekend.
What: Rhumbar throws a party on the patio from noon to 6 p.m. on Monday. Vodka cocktails, rum punch and Coors Light bottles go for $5. Also available: $18 domestic beer buckets and $8 house cigars. DJ Larry Lynx spins.
10. Lynyrd Skynyrd BBQ & Beer
What: Labor Day starts early at Lynyrd Skynrd BBQ & Beer with a happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursday with $5 appetizers including pulled pork sliders, smoked chicken wings, Texas nachos, fried dill pickles and spinach artichoke dip. Draft beers go for $4 and well drinks and house wine for $45.
11. Cabo Wabo Cantina
Where: Miracle Mile Shops
What: Labor Day weekend kicks off with food and drink specials on the patio from 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday. Nab two-for-one frozen drinks, draft and bottled beers and a variety of half-priced appetizers.
12. Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar
Where: 8721 W. Charleston Blvd.
What: Snag a three-course prime rib dinner on Sunday for $29.95. The meal includes 12 ounces of prime rib with a trio of sauces, the wedge, Fleming's or Caesar's salad, one side from a selection of 10 and one dessert from seven choices.
