Bon Appetit is searching for the best new restaurants of 2012, and so far has the list narrowed down to 50. Who made the cut in Vegas? Tiny Kabuto, the new Japanese sushi joint in Chinatown.
“No trip to Vegas is complete without a meal off the Strip,” Bon Appetit says. “You've got two options: a multiple course omakase menu, or a 10-piece nigiri menu. Both showcase pristine, expertly procured fish that's simply and beautifully prepared.”
As has been noted in the past about this tiny 18-seater, “There's no sign, just the Japanese character for kabuto (which means "samurai helmet") on the door.”
