Next up for Sirio Maccioni — a new Sirio Ristorante modeled after the version at Aria in the space that formerly housed London import Le Caprice in New York City. Like the Aria restaurant, this will be a more casual concept with a menu that focuses on the food of Tuscany, replete with photos of Sirio the man with customers. “Recently, Maccioni took his family and some of the kitchen crew to Italy to do some taste testing.
