Looks like the new Market LV is trying to replicate the Chelsea Market in New York City. The market, a set of more than 20 vendors at Tivoli Village, takes up 22,000 square feet and two stories next to Brio.

While Market LV claims to be open with 85 percent occupancy, most of the shops were closed for the night or still setting up shop during a walkthrough on Wednesday.

Andrea and Russell Young, who opened the OC Mart Mix in Costa Mesa, Calif., last year, are behind the concept.

So far, Cupkates appears to be ready to serve. The bakery offers cupcakes in bouquet, mini and full-size form, cake pops and more. The shop can also hold tea parties for children complete with princess dresses and etiquette lessons.

Also B Sweet Candy Boutique looks ready to go with a rainbow of bulk candy treats, sugar-free and nostalgic confections and hand-spun cotton candy.

Yet to open, Taste — Eatery and Market, which plans to offer fresh produce, a juice bar, a salad shaker bar, paninis and a bread bar.

Also coming, The View Wine Bar, which plans to offer a rotating wine list, craft beer list, pairing dinners, oysters and a seasonal menu. Another coming attraction, The Cheese Shop.

Tivoli Village also anticipates La Casa de La Habana, a cigar lounge with a full bar, and Echo & Rig, a steakhouse by Los Angeles chef Sam Marvin, opening this fall. The Strand, which had plans to open last May, is still on the table as well.
