Estiatorios Milos Has a Top Chefs Masters Menu; More

COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — Estiatorio Milos now has a four-course, $150 prix fixe menu with wine pairings to celebrate its appearance on Top Chefs Masters. WESTSIDE — Chocolate & Spice is holding its second cooking class on Wednesday, Oct. 3, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. covering savory and sweet bites. Chef Megan Romano will personally instruct participants on how to make grilled flank steak skewers with a potato parmesan and rosemary tart and a chocolate brownie and caramel torte.
