Christina Wilson had a passion for food that helped her climb her way to the top on Hell's Kitchen. Last night, the 32-year-old chef from Philadelphia won a $250,000-a-year job at shouty chef Gordon Ramsay's eponymous steakhouse at Paris Las Vegas. She'll work under chef de cuisine Kevin Hee.

Tomorrow, the newly minted Hell's Kitchen winner arrives in Vegas, where she's in for a six-week training period at Gordon Ramsay Steak. She'll learn how to make the dishes at the restaurant and have a chance to add her signature dishes such as the molasses pork chop with sweet mashed cider kale to the menu.

Wilson's first job was at McDonald's. "I hated working the counter and begged them to teach me the flat top," she says. "My first real kitchen job was at West Chester Country Club; again, where I begged to be allowed in the kitchen to learn."

She worked at Lolita in Philadelphia before heading to BYOB Mercato in the City of Brotherly Love.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that when Wilson "returned last year from taping season 10 of the Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen cooking competition on Fox, she upped and quit her chef de cuisine job at Mercato. [She said], 'Don't read anything into this. She left for a dozen small reasons," she said."
